Album photos
Usually selected and arranged for presentation. They can establish intended appearance, advertised details, color context, and the angles the uploader chose to show.
Album photos and item photos
Album photos usually present an item at its best. QC photos can show a specific item in a less controlled setting, but only if you first establish that the two photo sets belong in the same comparison.
Quick answer
Confirm the item code or title, color, size, source, visible construction, and distinctive details. Then compare shape, materials, alignment, measurements, labels, included parts, and any category-specific features.
QC meaning
Item-specific inspection photos need a traceable source. Match the album item, color, size, identifier, source URL, and date before comparing visible construction, measurements, labels, included parts, and condition.
QC evidence can reveal a mismatch or unanswered question. It cannot authenticate a product, verify a seller, or protect a separate transaction.
Photo roles
Usually selected and arranged for presentation. They can establish intended appearance, advertised details, color context, and the angles the uploader chose to show.
Often taken for a particular item at a later stage. They can reveal condition, measurements, packing, or details under ordinary lighting, but they do not prove authenticity or seller reliability.

Sizing evidence
A size chart describes a range or intended specification. A ruler or tape in a QC image may show one item. Compare the measurement points, units, photo angle, and stated size rather than assuming the two methods are interchangeable.
Fit words such as “small” or “true to size” need a defined reference. Prefer garment or item measurements and compare them with something already known to fit.
Image limits
White balance and exposure can change apparent color and material texture.
A hidden side, interior, label, sole, closure, or measurement can contain the detail you need.
Blur and resizing can hide stitching, surface marks, print edges, or small text.
A photo set shows only the frames chosen by the uploader or photographer.
Limits of QC
A QC image can help compare visible features and condition. It cannot by itself prove origin, authenticity, seller identity, current stock, safe payment, shipping, delivery, refund eligibility, or buyer protection.

QC is one field in the row. Source, sizing, price, weight, identity, and transaction details still need their own checks.

This guide explains a comparison method; it does not publish an independently collected QC photo set or a hands-on product test. For your own notes, record the original photo page, uploader or inspection provider, item code, variant, date shown by the source, and the date you accessed it. Mark missing dates as unknown.
A photo may show surface appearance or a readable measurement. It cannot establish material composition, durability, authenticity, or seller reliability. Keep seller specifications and community comments separate from what you can observe.
